Banquet Dinner

The 2018 conference dinner takes place Tuesday, March 27 at Sheffield City Hall. A ticket to the banquet is included with your regular or student conference registration fee, until the venue is sold out. Supplies are limited, and once the facility sells out, banquet tickets will no longer be offered.

When you register, you will be asked to select from the following meal options:

  • Regular Banquet: Starter course of ploughman’s terrine with piccalili; main course of roast chicken breast with thyme infused jus
  • Vegetarian Banquet: Starter course of baked portabella mushroom filled with mushroom & leek duxelle; main course of shallot tarte tatin with goat’s cheese pesto

Banquet seating is limited, so we ask that you decline the banquet ticket if you do not wish to attend. Unfortunately we cannot offer advance guest banquet tickets at registration. Persons interested in purchasing a guest banquet ticket should inquire about availablity at the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Banquet ticket sales will discontinue on March 9, 2018, or earlier if the facility’s capacity is reached. Registrations purchased after that time will not include a banquet ticket; fees will remain unchanged. Also, the One-Day Registration for Tuesesday does not include a banquet ticket. UPDATE: The banquet venue is sold out.
