Rochester Institute of Technology is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to serve as the Director of the School of Information (the iSchool), an academic unit within the B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences at RIT.
We are seeking a proven leader with experience in information technology, artificial intelligence, data science, human-computer interaction, application development technologies, health informatics, or other related areas of computing and information sciences; a track record of funded research; a commitment to interdisciplinary and collaborative work; and demonstrated ability to manage an academic unit.
Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to both undergraduate and graduate education, as well as the ability to provide leadership and support for faculty research, scholarship, and curriculum development.
