Meet the Speaker

Pagowsky | ![]() Anthony
Sanchez Anthony Sanchez is a social sciences librarian at The University of Arizona, where he works closely with faculty and students supporting in-depth research and is a co-founder of the CATalyst Studios, a multidisciplinary makerspace sponsored by the library. Anthony has previously held academic library positions at the University of California, Riverside; Phoenix Community College; and Glendale Community College. He earned a BA in English literature and an MA in library and information science from the UA. | Annabelle Nuñez As the Associate Director at the Health Sciences Library, I serve as the second in command under the Director of the library. I collaborate with the HSL leadership on operations and strategic priorities for the library. I oversee outreach initiatives, events, and exhibits. I am currently working on developing Hispanic Serving Institution initiatives for the library. |
