Abstract: Digital technology plays an increasing role in Chinese medicine and western medicine alike. This research proposes to use content analysis and grounded theory to develop a conceptual framework for a state-of-the-art Chinese medical digital health system in the Western world termed Digital Chinese Medicine (DCM). Four research questions are proposed to be addressed:
