INFOcon is an annual graduate school fair showcasing opportunities in the information professions in the USA and Canada. The project launched in 2020 as The Power of Information and was rebranded INFOcon for 2021, taking place Oct. 19 – 21. More than 550 students attended.
INFOcon 2022 will take place in fall 2022. This web page will be updated for 2022 as planning develops. Questions may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
INFOCon 2021 is a multi-day (Tuesday, October 19, 2021 - Thursday, October 21, 2021) virtual event that showcases the breadth and depth of information professions. This event is intended for prospective students interested in learning about career paths and research topics in the areas of information, technology, and people. We've invited faculty across the U.S. and Canada to share their expertise and passion for information sciences! The event is free, and attendees are welcomed to attend sessions that interest them the most.
This event is organized by the schools listed below.
INFOcon will take place virtually between October 19-21, 2021, with sessions beginning at 8:00 a.m. PT / 11:00 a.m. ET and running until 5:45 p.m. PT / 8:45 p.m. ET. All sessions will be hosted virtually through Zoom, and session webinar links will be emailed out prior to the start of the conference. Sign up to receive the session links!
