概览

iConference 2023中文论坛的主题为“成就与展望:面向中国图情档学科发展的下一个百年“。本届中文论坛将为全球的专家学者提供一个了解并共同探讨中国图情档学科发展历史与方向的平台。

本届中文论坛欢迎全球学者使用中文进行投稿。论文稿件主体部分需使用中文撰写,同时提交中英文题名、摘要和关键词。

录用的论文将优先推送至CSSCI收录的图情档领域期刊进行发表。

本届中文论坛仅接收原创性的研究长论文。论文需展示实证或实验研究成果,或理论与模型构建成果。提交的论文需具有一定程度的理论创新,并对研究结论进行充分阐述。本次会议同时鼓励关于新型系统设计以及设计应用类型的来稿。

论文展示

所有录用的论文将于iConference 2023会议期间通过SCOOCS平台进行现场展示。关于展示的说明将随论文录用通知一起发送。

论文发表

所有录用的论文将可以选择在开放存取或预印本渠道发表。同时,所有录用的论文将在IDEALS开放存取平台发表。作者也可将论文存储于各自院校的机构库中。

投稿说明

所有论文需遵守完整的投稿指南,不符合要求的稿件将被中文论坛主席拒稿。

投稿论文必须是未公开发表的原创性研究成果。

字数限制:不超过15,000字(除标题和参考文献外)

首轮提交:访问ConfTool创建帐户并开始提交过程。

  • Ÿ   稿件格式:PDF
  • Ÿ   关键词:所有稿件必须包含至少三个关键词。
  • Ÿ   英文版:所有稿件需包含相应的英文标题、摘要和关键词。
  • Ÿ   匿名化:首次提交请删除作者信息以便双盲审稿。作者信息将包含在录用论文的最终版本中。
  • Ÿ   稿件命名:请使用论文标题作为文件名。

最终版提交:录用论文的作者须提交包含作者信息的最终版本稿件。录用论文的最终版本应在2023年1月20日之前上传至ContTool

  • Ÿ   稿件格式:doc或者docx
  • Ÿ   关键词:所有稿件必须包含至少三个关键词。
  • Ÿ   英文版:所有稿件需包含相应的英文标题、摘要和关键词。
  • Ÿ   作者需要为所提交内容的准确性负责,包括数字和引文数据。iConference组织者将不会对稿件进行校对审查。

稿件录用将取决于作者是否根据审稿意见做出合理的稿件修订。在稿件修订过程中,作者依然需要遵守稿件字数限制。如有必要,我们建议请专业编辑帮助对稿件进行删减。

作者还将在提交最终版本时提供稿件修改说明,可以上传至ConfTool的Remarks on This Contribution Section部分。

说明

每篇录用稿件需要有至少一位作者在早鸟注册期间注册参会,以便在 iConference 2023会议上进行展示。

Call for Participation for the Chinese Track


Overview

This special track for 2023 is an innovative development for iConference. The theme for this track is “Achievements & Perspectives: The next century for the development of Library, Information, and Archival Sciences in China”. This track offers an excellent opportunity for scholars, researchers, and professionals worldwide to understand and exchange views about the past, present, and future of Library, Information, and Archival Sciences in China.

Participants from all over the world, knowledgeable in the Chinese language, are welcome to submit. Submissions to this track should be in the Chinese language. An English version of the title, abstract, and keywords of the paper is required.

A selection of the accepted papers will be recommended to CSSCI indexed journals in the information field, which publish papers in the Chinese language.

Submissions to this track should be full papers presenting new and original research results from empirical investigations and experiments, or from theory and model development. The submitted papers must break new ground and provide substantial support for the results and conclusions. Papers presenting a new system design or implications for design are also encouraged.

Presentation

All accepted papers will be presented virtually during iConference 2023 on the SCOOCS platform; presentation instruction will be provided with acceptance notifications.

Publication

Authors may publish their accepted paper as a pre-print or working paper in open repositories. Accepted papers will be published in the IDEALS open repository. Authors are also allowed to deposit their work into their school's institutional repository if they so choose.

Guidelines

Papers must adhere to the guidelines and templates below. Submissions that do not conform to the guidelines and templates are subject to rejection by the chairs.

Requirements

Papers must be original work, not previously published. The standard length of the article is up to 15,000 words (excluding references). Author-identifying information must be removed from first submissions to facilitate double-blind review. Author information will be included with the final version of accepted papers.

Conditions

Upon paper acceptance, authors agree that if their paper is accepted, at least one author has to register during the Early Bird registration period and present their work at iConference 2023.

Timeline

·       Submission portal opens: June 20, 2022

·       Submission deadline: October 20, 2022

·       Decision notification date: December 20, 2022

·       Final camera-ready version due: January 20, 2023

The submissions will be handled by the ConfTool submission system. Please register for an account at ConfTool (https://www.conftool.com/iconference2023/) and begin the submission process from there.
